We currently use UPS for shipping and will add USPS and FedEx in the near future.  Shipping prices are provided at checkout, along with options for store pick up at our New York locations

• Most in- stock products ship in 1 - 2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the detailed product description.

• Some items will take longer than 1 - 2 business days due to personalization, and order processing.

• We expect UPS to take 2 to 9 business days to deliver your order, depending on your location, unless you have chosen an expedited shipping method.

• Due to weight restriction of 150 pounds by UPS, you may receive more than 1 box for your order depending the weight

• Occasionally, orders with many items will be shipped out of different warehouses.  In this case, you may receive parts of your order at different times.

• Currently we do NOT ship internationally and we do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

• We will let you know via e-mail when your order has been shipped out.

• We will also e-mail your tracking number to you when we have received it from the shipper.
